Contact about your information

For privacy questions, access requests, withdrawal of permission, or deletion requests, email [email protected]. Please do not send bank credentials, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.

What we collect

• When you join: your email, payment purpose, any short “Other” explanation, and expected payment date. Your browser timezone validates the date; it is not stored with your signup. The current form does not collect an age declaration.
• Your selected currencies, bill amount, calculated savings requirement, indicative exchange-rate reference, and proposed setup fee. These describe your interest; they do not schedule a payment.
• An optional phone number, if you include one with your signup. The current form requests research and email consent only; providing a number does not give permission for calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages.
• Submission and consent timestamps, the notice and consent versions, and contact preferences.
• Only with usage-measurement permission: a random browser-tab identifier, approved campaign tags, visits, payment-interest clicks, and the associated calculation. A consented session can be linked to your signup.
• Only with the relevant measurement permission: page usage and device/browser information through Vercel Web Analytics, or loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability through Vercel Speed Insights.

The application does not collect card details, bank credentials, identity documents, or account passwords. Application tables do not store raw IP addresses. Hosting and network providers process connection information to deliver and secure the site.

Purposes and legal bases

With your consent, we use your signup details to understand demand for the proposed service and email you about beta access. This signup does not grant permission for calls, SMS, or WhatsApp. Any phone-channel permissions recorded separately remain subject to their original scope. Outreach is handled manually.

Optional usage and performance measurement is based on your separate choices. Declining it does not prevent signup. We rely on legitimate interests in operating and securing the site for necessary service delivery and troubleshooting, and on legal obligations where we must respond to data-protection requests. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing or sell them.

Storage, providers, and international processing

Supabase stores the application data in a UK-hosted project. Vercel hosts the site and provides the optional Web Analytics and Speed Insights services. Twelve Data supplies exchange rates through our server; we do not send it your waitlist details.

Manual emails, calls, and messages still pass through the email and telecommunications services used to deliver them. If you choose WhatsApp contact, WhatsApp processes that communication under its own privacy terms. No automated messaging service is connected to this site.

A UK database location does not mean every provider operation, support function, or communication remains in the UK. EU-to-UK transfers can rely on the European Commission’s UK adequacy decision. Other international processing requires an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and the relevant UK arrangements. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

We do not send signup answers, contact details, or quote values as analytics events or performance metadata. Measurement URLs are limited to this site’s public pages with query strings and fragments removed.

Cookies and browser storage

Your browser stores your privacy choice. A tracking identifier and campaign tags are stored for the tab only if you allow usage measurement. Contact details and payment answers are not saved in browser storage. You can change optional measurement using “Privacy settings” in the footer. See the cookie policy for details.

How long information is kept

There is no fixed 90-day expiry or automatic deletion schedule for experiment records. Retention is based on whether information is still needed for the purposes explained here, with manual review. Contact us to withdraw consent or request deletion; information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

A limited record of an objection or withdrawal may need to be kept to respect your contact choices. Where a legal obligation or a legal claim requires particular information to be retained, it is restricted to that purpose. Provider logs and backups have their own lifecycles; deletion from the live application is not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup.

Repeated signup with the same email preserves the first saved details and permissions. To change them, contact us rather than submitting the form again.

Your choices and rights

You can close the signup dialog without submitting, leave the optional phone number blank, and decline or later withdraw optional measurement. For email or any separately recorded phone contact permissions, contact [email protected] to change preferences or withdraw consent. You may also reply to an outreach message asking us to stop. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Depending on the applicable rules, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we explain it within that period.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the relevant EU supervisory authority, including in the country where you live or work. This experiment does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Changes to this notice

The date and version identify this notice. If optional measurement purposes change, we ask for a new choice before enabling them. A new notice does not automatically expand permissions you previously gave.
