Who operates this prototype

Certarate is operated by Certarate Labs. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Why we collect it

We use waitlist details to invite you to future beta access and to understand demand for the proposed service. Session and payment-intent records help us measure the acquisition experiment, including visits that do not become waitlist signups. We do not use your email for unrelated marketing.

How the prototype works

Exchange rates are illustrative. No payments are processed, no funds are held, and no exchange rates are locked. We do not collect card details, bank credentials, identity documents, or account passwords.

Storage and service providers

Supabase stores the experiment data and Vercel hosts the application. The application stores a random session identifier and campaign tags in your browser’s session storage, normally until the tab closes. It does not put your email in browser storage or use advertising cookies.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure site traffic and page usage, including visits to our pages. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability. We do not send your email address, bill amount, or quote details as analytics events or performance metadata.

The application does not store raw IP addresses in its database. Hosting providers may process network information for service delivery, security, and operational logs.

Retention

Experiment records are retained for up to 90 days. Expired personal records are removed through the operator’s retention process. First signup details are kept if the same email joins again during that period.

Your choices

Joining is optional. You can close the waitlist dialog without submitting an email. To withdraw from beta invitations, ask about your information, or request its deletion, contact the operator using the address above once live contact details are available.
